Job description
lodgingdynamics is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations and implement brand service strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations. You will oversee front office, guest services, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and personnel, ensuring strong public relations with guests and the community.
You will supervise department heads, manage payroll and performance, drive budgeting and profitability, and ensure compliance with laws and brand standards.
