Job description
The Quail in Carmel Valley, CA seeks a Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. You will lead strategic direction with the Managing Director and serve on the Executive Committee.
Key requirements include 7 years in hospitality, 5+ years supervising staff, and familiarity with POS and resort management systems. A hospitality management degree is preferred, with a salary in the $145k–$150k range plus bonus.
