Job description
StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations for the Courtyard Rocky Mount and Residence Inn Rocky Mount hotels. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with departments, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and specifications.
You will develop preventive maintenance programs, uphold guest service standards, and participate in budgeting for the hotels. CPR training is preferred, and physical tasks are required.
