Job description
Luminary Hotel & Co in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across all dining outlets, Caloosa Sound convention center events, and morning service. You will coach a diverse beverage and culinary team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll monitor shifts, train staff, ensure compliance with alcohol laws and TIPS, and maintain smooth flow from guest greeting to seating and payment.
