Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality
- High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. 1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites.
- Nine restaurants and lounges including a Starbucks and Seattles Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants.
- Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields (all available to our associates to use!)
- No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.

Closed many weekends and most holidays - 10 days of holiday pay.

The Front Desk Agent provides friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors.
Status: Full Time
Weekend availability preferred.
Pay Rate: $18 per hour.
Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center
Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center
Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
