Job description
Santa Fe Hilton-STA in Santa Fe, NM, seeks a General Manager to run the hotel and all outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. The GM will ensure company standards and lead the 5 Key Drivers identified by the management company.
This role requires a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management, at least 3 years in Rooms or F&B, strong leadership, communication, and P&L skills. Travel may be required; a growth-focused, guest-centered mindset is essential.
