Job description
Arbor Lodging is seeking a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations in Salt Lake City, drive profitability, and lead day-to-day staff. The GM will champion guest satisfaction, mentor teams, and ensure a high standard of service in line with Arbor’s brand.
The role requires 5+ years in hotel leadership with AGM experience, plus a degree in hotel or business management. A strong focus on P&L, compliance, and staff development is essential.
