Job description
Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations at our South Carolina property. You will recruit, train, and support a 6–12 member team while upholding top-tier guest experiences and brand standards.
You will manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&Ls, drive local sales initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional activities to maximize occupancy and revenue. A proactive, communicative leader is essential.
