Job description
LBA Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, develop associates, and achieve financial goals while upholding brand standards.
The role requires 3+ years in hotel management with budget responsibility and 5+ years supervising 15+ associates. On-site position with weekend availability; Hilton/Marriott experience is a plus.
