Job description
J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager for on-site leadership at our Macon property. You will direct daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and cost control while managing a team of 8+ employees and coordinating with Area Managers.
The role requires 2–5 years of GM experience in hospitality, strong leadership, HR awareness, and solid MS Office skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. On-site residency with a full-time schedule.
