Job description
InnVentures seeks a General Manager for the DoubleTree Tigard, OR property to lead and mentor the hotel team, drive excellent guest experiences, and deliver strong financial performance for owners. You will guide departments, uphold InnVentures standards, and champion a culture of personalized service.
You will interview, hire, train, and coach managers, collaborate with Revenue Management, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
