Job description
Highgate Hotels is seeking a General Manager for the Residence Inn San Jose. You will drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and exceptional guest service while growing and mentoring the hotel leadership team.
The role requires leadership in operations, sales efforts, and adherence to Highgate standards across all departments; you will report to the Regional Director of Operations and partner with the Sales Director to maximize performance.
