Job description
Highgate Hotels, owner and operator of the Residence Inn San Jose, seeks a General Manager to drive profitability across revenue, costs and guest satisfaction. You will lead department heads, train staff, and ensure Highgate standards are met daily.
You will collaborate with sales and executive leadership, oversee budgeting and controls, and develop managers for future roles within the organization.
