Job description
J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to own the business, lead the team, and deliver results at a single property on-site. The GM is responsible for driving sales, maximizing revenue, GOP performance, staffing, guest service, safety, and compliance.
Location is on-site; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus commission eligibility, with benefits including PTO and a 401(k). Reports to the Area Manager; direct reports 8+ based on needs.
