Job description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager in the Herndon/NOVA area to lead the hotel’s strategic and financial performance. You will set the vision, inspire the team, and ensure delivery on Marriott, Crescent, and owner expectations.
You will lead operations, partner with Sales and Revenue Management, and develop executive talent while maintaining strong relationships with ownership and brand leadership. This role requires a visible, hands‑on, commercially minded leader.
