Job description
Verdant Las Vegas is seeking a strong hotel leader to manage daily operations and drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in hotel operations with at least 2 years at management level and a willingness to work 50+ hours per week.
The ideal candidate will coach front office teams, optimize rates and occupancy, and maintain high standards of service and financial performance across the property.
