This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by upholding brand and property cleanliness standards.Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standardsChange bed linens and make bedsReplace used towels and replenish bathroom amenitiesDust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floorsClean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and surfacesRemove trash and dispose of waste properlyRestock housekeeping carts and suppliesReport maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to supervisorFollow all safety and sanitation policies and proceduresRespond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needsMaintain confidentiality and security of guest roomsBring Us Your Best.High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable attendance and punctualityFlexible schedule including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbsPush/pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 50 lbsAbility to perform repetitive motions throughout shiftStay In The Game.
