We are committed to providing a paid position that values your skills and enthusiasm.ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas following established standardsMaintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniquesRestock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfactionHandle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfacesFollow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guestsReport maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standardsAssist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towelsSkillsProven experience in cleaning, janitorial work or hospitality environments with a focus on guest service excellenceStrong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation for various flooring typesPrevious hotel or custodial experience preferred; industrial cleaning skills are a plusFamiliarity with hospitality standards and procedures to deliver consistent service qualityAbility to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced settingExcellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standardsKnowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use in custodial workEmbark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest experiences!
