Job description
Marriott is seeking a friendly Luggage and Shuttle Attendant to welcome guests, manage luggage, and provide safe, timely shuttle transportation. In this role, you’ll greet arriving and departing guests, load and unload bags, coordinate storage, and assist with directions and hotel information. You will operate shuttle vehicles, follow safety and traffic regulations, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and loading area. The position requires strong customer service skills, professional communication, reliability, and the ability to lift and move luggage while maintaining Marriott’s high service standards.
