Job description
Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Maintenance Technician to maintain hotel facilities and equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests.
Full-time Position / Benefits Package includes Health Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, 401K, Paid Time Off, Holiday and Birthday Pay.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on commercial refrigeration, ice machines, chillers, air handling units, and general building equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and facilities.
Assist with inventory and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting; Marriott experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration and ice machines; experience with chillers and air handling systems preferred.
General maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and properly handle chemicals.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
