Hotel Maintenance Worker
Location: Irmo, South Carolina
Full-Time | $15/hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Hotel Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing repairs, and responding to maintenance needs to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests. This role requires someone who is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.
Your Day-to-Day:
Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing repairs
Assist with electrical repairs and maintenance
Identify and repair leaks, including bathroom and plumbing issues
Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
Complete pool checks and report any maintenance concerns
Repair and maintain fixtures, equipment, and common areas
Assist with room maintenance and guest-related repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Communicate issues and repairs with management
What We’re Looking For:
Previous maintenance, handyman, hotel, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Professional communication skills
Comfortable working with tools and performing hands-on repairs
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check
Previous maintenance experience required
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
