Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Dania Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader with a strong Marriott background and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
What You'll Do
Display strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
Lead and develop department heads while fostering a positive workplace culture
Drive guest satisfaction scores, revenue growth, and profitability
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company expectations
Maintain a highly visible leadership presence throughout the hotel
Resolve operational challenges while delivering exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For
Hotel leadership experience within the Marriott brand
A minimum of 2 years in your current leadership role (mandatory requirement) Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Proven success leading hotel operations, improving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Hands-on management style with a visible presence throughout the hotel
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Must currently reside in South Florida and be within a reasonable commuting distance of Dania Beach, FL
