Night Auditors WantedWe are looking for dependable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our team at our beautiful Home2 Suites by Hilton in Cheyenne, WY!We are currently hiring for:Full-Time Night AuditorPart-Time Night AuditorApplicants must be 18 years of age or older.The Night Auditor plays an important role in keeping our hotel running smoothly overnight while providing excellent service to our guests. This position is perfect for someone who is responsible, comfortable working independently, and able to provide outstanding hospitality during overnight hours.Night Auditor responsibilities include:Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outsAnswering phones and assisting guests with questions or concernsProviding excellent Hilton hospitality and customer serviceHandling guest payments and maintaining an accurate cash drawerCompleting nightly audit reports and balancing daily transactionsReviewing reservations and preparing the hotel for the next business dayResponding appropriately to guest concerns and overnight situationsMaintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby areaCommunicating important information to management and the morning shiftFollowing all Hilton and hotel safety, security, and guest service proceduresWhat we are looking for:Must be 18 years or olderDependable and punctualComfortable working overnight shiftsStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and stay productive throughout the shiftAttention to detail and accuracy with reports and moneyAbility to remain calm and professional when handling guest concernsMust be willing to learn and be a team playerPrevious hotel experience is a plus, but not requiredTwo weeks of training will be provided, so we are willing to train the right person!If you are dependable, hardworking, enjoy helping people, and would like to become part of the Hilton family, we would love to hear from you!Home2 Suites by Hilton – Cheyenne, WyomingCome join our team and help us continue providing an amazing experience for our guests!What we offer:Health, Dental, Vision and other benefits available after 60 daysDailyPay401kPaid TrainingPaid PTOReferral programDiscounts at all Kinseth Hotel Corporation hotels and restaurants
