Job description
Hotel Night AuditorThe Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.Key ResponsibilitiesBalance and reconcile daily financial transactions.Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.Perform security checks throughout the hotel.Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.Assist with other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management softwareAbility to work overnight shifts and weekends.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of time.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
