Job description
ZMC Hotels, LLC in Bloomington, IN seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily hotel operations, coordinating front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service to deliver a superior guest experience.
The DOO runs the hotel in the General Manager's absence, mentors managers, manages budgets, and drives profitability while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. Evening/night shifts and weekends are required.
