Job description
Fresca, LLC is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to lead the Hotel Division at Arizona Charlie's Boulder. You will set service standards, oversee Front Desk, Bell/Baggage, and Valet, and drive performance with a guest-centric approach.
You will recruit, coach, and manage staff, translate strategic goals into actions, and monitor labor and costs while ensuring regulatory compliance and top-tier guest experiences.
