Job description
McKibbon is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Georgia hotel to partner with the General Manager in running the property’s day-to-day operations. You will manage guest satisfaction, brand standards, budgets, labor and staff engagement while aligning with McKibbon’s guiding principles.
You’ll train, supervise and develop associates, oversee safety and reporting, and collaborate with HR, accounting and revenue teams to meet property goals.
