Job description
Le Méridien Houston Downtown is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily hotel operations and supervise department leaders. You will work with the GM to optimize guest services, drive revenue, and ensure brand standards are met.
You will lead scheduling, training, and performance coaching, monitor guest satisfaction scores, coordinate with accounting and sales, and uphold safety and sustainability guidelines while managing budgets and control processes.
