Job description
W Hotels Nashville is seeking a strategic property leader to oversee operations across Front Office, Retail, Recreation, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Events. You will partner with executive leadership to drive the brand service strategy, guest satisfaction, and financial performance while growing revenues.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will implement property-wide strategies, lead department heads, and ensure alignment with brand initiatives.
