Job description
Marriott is seeking a Station Attendant/Prep Cook to support kitchen operations in our busy hotel environment. In this role, you’ll prepare ingredients, stock and maintain food stations, and assist cooks with basic cooking, portioning, and plating. You’ll follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, ensure cleanliness of work areas, and help with dishwashing and equipment care as needed. Working closely with a diverse culinary team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in large-scale food production, guest-focused service, and brand standards, with opportunities for training and long-term career growth within Marriott’s global network.
