Job description
Melton Hospitality Advisors seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for select hotel and resort advisory engagements. You will oversee property-level performance reviews, coordinate asset management initiatives, support underwriting and feasibility analyses, and act as a key liaison between ownership groups, operators, and internal consultants. This role manages project timelines, financial reporting, and client communications while driving service quality and revenue optimization. In our entrepreneurial, collaborative culture, you’ll work closely with senior leaders on high-impact hospitality investments nationwide.
