Job description
Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee the sales and marketing strategies for a select-service hotel. The role aims to drive occupancy, grow existing accounts, and attract new business to maximize revenue and meet profit goals.
The Director will lead day-to-day sales operations, supervise training, and manage forecasts and budgets. Travel weekly, mentor staff, and partner with GM and Corporate HR to build a high-performing sales team while maintaining budget discipline
