Job description

MCR is seeking a seasoned Sales Director for TownPlace Suites Harrisburg/Hershey in Harrisburg, PA. You will lead the sales and events function, drive group bookings, ADR and occupancy growth, and grow market share for the hotel.

You will build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with the revenue team, write proposals and contracts, and ensure a seamless on‑property guest experience while maintaining profitability. This role offers a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.
