Job description
American Hospitality Management, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth for our Goodyear, AZ hotel. You will own the sales targets, lead a strategic sales plan, and actively pursue new business with corporate clients, groups, and the local community.
You will partner with Revenue Management, conduct site tours, and negotiate contracts to maximize yield. Travel up to 20% may be required as you build relationships and close deals.
