Job description
Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee the hotel’s sales and marketing strategies, drive occupancy, grow accounts, and maximize revenue. You’ll manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, lead outside sales, and handle contract negotiations and budgeting.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic sales deployment, and collaboration with the General Manager and Corporate HR. Travel weekly and train staff to excel.
