Job description
Fairfield Inn & Suites Inglewood is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to launch our pre-opening commercial strategy for a brand-new hotel in Inglewood, CA. You will build a high-performing sales program, recruit and lead the opening team, and drive immediate revenue growth from day one.
The role requires deep knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, forecasting, and market share performance. You will partner with leadership to achieve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability goals.
