Job description
Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, driving occupancy, ADR, and market share. You will set revenue plans, work with the GM and regional team, and coordinate with Global Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to apply national brand strategies locally.
The role requires building relationships with key clients, managing accounts, and mentoring sales staff.
