Job description
The Director of Sales oversees sales operations for the hotel, with responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize revenue while meeting revenue goals. This role leads the hotel sales department, including direct sales, follow-up, sales administration, staff hiring, training and coaching, and developing sales budgets and plans.
