Job description
ARK in Gilroy, CA is seeking a director of sales to lead the hotel’s revenue growth. You will design the sales strategy, set annual targets, and collaborate with operations to maximize occupancy and rate optimization.
You will train and evaluate the sales team, coach top performers, and pursue new and recurring business across segments including groups, corporate, and events. Hilton experience is highly valued for this role.
