Job description
MCR Hotels—Fairfield Inn & Suites Bentonville Rogers is seeking a Sales Director to drive the hotel’s sales strategy and revenue initiatives. You will lead group bookings, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with revenue and pricing teams to optimize occupancy and ADR while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have supervisory hospitality experience, strong English communication skills, and a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close new business.
