Job description
Westin Houston Downtown is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead all hotel sales and marketing efforts. You will direct, coordinate, supervise, and train Sales Managers and Sales Administrators, grow existing accounts, and generate new business to meet or exceed revenue budgets.
You will collaborate with Landry's Corporate Marketing to develop strategies, oversee catering and group bookings, and drive occupancy with strong leadership and market awareness.
