Job description
Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova is seeking a hands-on Sales Director to drive revenue growth across market segments, manage key accounts, and lead the Sales & Catering team toward ambitious targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ Senior Sales Manager experience or 3+ years as Director of Sales at a full-service property, with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management preferred.
Sacramento market experience is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
