Job description
Quorum Hospitality seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay to drive revenue growth and lead proactive sales efforts. You will build partnerships, target new business, and align offerings with client needs to position the hotel for business, events, and more.
The role requires Hawaii market sales experience, 3+ years in hotel sales/leadership, and a track record in outside sales to generate new business. Proficiency with Windows and sales software is essential.
