Job description
Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for its Downtown Los Angeles property, The Delphi Hotel. The role leads the sales, catering and conference services teams to exceed booking goals and hotel revenue while aligning with brand and franchise guidelines.
The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales action plans, manage the operating budget, and collaborate with hotel leadership to optimize performance and guest experiences.
