Job description
Join Marriott as a Valet/Bellman, delivering a welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing directions and hotel information. You’ll coordinate closely with the front desk and concierge to ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining drive areas and lobby entrances. This role requires strong customer service, professional appearance, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage throughout the shift in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
