Home Health AideThis position will be Monday to Friday starting at 7 AM to 4 PM.Must be ok being around cats and dogs.Compensation: Hourly Pay $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experienceWeekly PayEarned Sick TimeProfessional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environmentReliable Transportation PreferredResponsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparationProvide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversationMonitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionalsMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocolsFollow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionalsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar roleStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadAbility to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plusEqual Opportunity EmployerProfessional Care Match, Inc. d/b/a Perfect Care Match is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
