Responsive RecruiterComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in Burlington and Camden County. If you have a passion for helping others and want to be part of a team that truly cares, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfortMonitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staffAssist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydrationPerform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environmentProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAssist with medication reminders in accordance with care plansRequirements:Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification requiredPrevious experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in the Burlington/ Camden County, NJ areaCompassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitudeAbility to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervisionCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
