Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team serving the Southampton Township area. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independenceMonitor and document client health status and report changes to the supervising nurseAssist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydrationPerform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean home environmentProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAssist with medication reminders in accordance with the care planRequirements:Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification requiredPrior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving setting preferredReliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Southampton Township areaStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to work independently and follow a personalized care planCPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtainMust pass background check and reference verificationCompensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
