Accountability Chart Tier: Tier 2
Accountability Chart Seat: Shift Operations Assist

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time and/or Part-Time
Position Requirements: Exhibit our Core Values Be at least 18 years of age The ability to set goals and the desire to achieve them Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff Effective problem-solving and mediation skills Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing and motivating team members Possess excellent basic math skills and a full working knowledge of the POS system Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
