What You'll Do
As a Hourly Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations while developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine Southern Hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
* Lead shifts while maintaining Bojangles' standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
* Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
* Build a positive culture where team members feel valued and respected.
* Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
* Maintain food safety and operational excellence every day.
* Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and energy.
What We're Looking For
* Two or more years of restaurant management experience preferred.
* Recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred.
* Experience managing labor, food cost, scheduling, and restaurant operations.
* Breakfast and drive-thru leadership experience is a plus.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Positive attitude with a passion for serving people.
* Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
